VerveMind runs entirely on your iPhone. The app is privacy-first, does not create outbound network connections, and never builds a remote profile about you. All personal, wellness, and Health data stay on your device unless you explicitly choose to export them.

Data stored on your device

Data you provide

• Cycle tracking entries and symptom intensity logs you record.
• Breathwork sessions, including duration, technique, intensity, and optional feedback preferences.
• Meeting preparation notes, action plans, and tags you create in the coach.
• Confidence Coach conversations and reflections you type.
• Theme, language, reminder, and accessibility settings you configure.

Optional Health data via HealthKit

With your explicit authorization, VerveMind can read heart rate, heart rate variability, body temperature, sleep analysis, and menstrual cycle information, and can write only the breathwork sessions and symptom logs you decide to log back to Health.

Data generated on-device

• Cognitive, focus, and energy scores computed from your inputs and HealthKit signals.
• Trends, predictions, and phase insights for the last 30 days.
• Coach recommendations, meeting briefings, and session summaries produced by on-device models.
• Streaks and completion statistics for breathwork and plans.

Payment

Payment for the lifetime unlock is processed by Apple and subject to Apple's privacy policy. We do not store payment information.

Analytics and tracking

VerveMind does not incorporate third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs.

Storage and deletion

• Data is stored locally using Apple SwiftData, HealthKit, and iOS secure storage.
• You can delete individual entries from the app at any time.
• You can reset the experience by deleting the app or removing VerveMind data in iOS Settings > Health > Data Access.

Sharing and transfers

• We do not share, sell, or send data to our servers or third parties.
• VerveMind has no remote infrastructure; no international transfers exist.
• Data only leaves your device when you export it (e.g., PDF/CSV) and you choose the destination.

Permissions

• Health: optional, only needed for HealthKit integrations you activate.
• Notifications: optional reminders for cycle and breathwork.

You can manage permissions at any time from iOS Settings.

Apple Intelligence and Smart Coach

Coach suggestions and meeting briefings are generated on-device using Apple Foundation Models (iOS 26+) or the proprietary Smart Coach engine (earlier iOS versions). Entries remain on your device and are not transmitted to Apple or VerveMind servers.

Children's privacy

VerveMind is directed at adult professional women and is not intended for persons under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect or store data from minors.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy to reflect new features. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date and show a notice in the app when required by law.
